Join us for an introduction to the new Club Officer Training materials and an opportunity to review, practice, and prepare to deliver the updated curriculum for the 2026–2027 Toastmasters year.
Sessions (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM) June 4, 2026 – Training Town Hall Review the new Club Officer Training materials Select the module(s) you would like to present during the 2026–2027 Club Officer Training program
June 11, 2026 – Practice Session Practice presenting the new training materials Receive feedback and support
June 18, 2026 – Practice Session Additional practice opportunities Final preparation before training delivery

Additional Important Dates: June 20, 2026 – Club Officer Training
Club Officer Training materials will be presented by trainers who participated in the pilot program outside District 39. General Sessions 1 and 2 may be presented by Donna Lewis, DTM, or Greg Mauro, DTM.
June 22, 2026 – District 39 Club Officer Training Trainers are needed to present the new Club Officer Training materials. Distinguished Club Program Training Credit June 2026 Requirements
District 39 Club Officers attending training on June 20th or June 22nd will receive Distinguished Club Program credit by completing: One (1) hour of Club Officer Training and One (1) hour of enrichment training Total required training time: 2 hours Club Officers who serve as trainers will receive Club Officer Training credit.
Beginning July 1, 2026 Training credit for the Distinguished Club Program will require: Four (4) hours of training When completed through a Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI), the total event time, including breaks, will be approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes.
