A 55-minute, hands-on program that turns Toastmasters speech-contest judges from rule readers into confident decision-makers. By bringing prospective judges, experienced judges, chief judges, directors, and functionaries into the same training environment, District 206 can promote greater consistency across Club, Area, Division, and District contests—while giving volunteers a practical framework they can use when real-world judgment calls arise.

Event Description
