DESCRIPTION:Golden State Capitol Toastmasters is pleased to invite you to join our fall 2026 Open House\, September 23 at noon at the Caltrans Headquarters building (or via Zoom)! We are excited to announce our guest speaker for this event\, Vince Mammano! Vince will deliver a talk on leadership and communication tips from his knowledge and experience as a public sector leader and professional public speaker. \nToastmaster’s empowers individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders. Our club provides a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills\, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. \nWe have been serving the capitol and downtown community for over 30 years\, and with our club’s hybrid meeting structure\, we can accommodate folks who would like to meet in person downtown as well as those who live further away or are otherwise unable to make it to the meeting site.
